We would like to inform you that the Cyprus Tax Department has released the Personal Income Tax Return (Form T.D.1) for the tax year 2025. The return is now available for electronic submission through the TAXISnet platform.

Please note that the deadline for both the submission of the 2025 Personal Income Tax Return and the settlement of any tax liability arising through self-assessment is 31 October 2026.

Individuals whose total annual gross income exceeds €19,500 are required to submit a tax return and are encouraged to commence the process early to allow sufficient time for the collection and review of supporting information and to avoid delays closer to the deadline.
